If our products do not meet your expectations, we have created this return and refund policy to facilitate a smooth process for you. Please read the policy carefully to understand the terms and conditions.

Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

  1. Satisfaction Guarantee: We accept returns and exchanges for any product that you are not satisfied with.
  2. Return Window: Returns and exchanges are accepted within 15 days of purchase.
  3. Product Condition: The product must have at least 90% of the original content remaining in the bottle.
  4. Applicable Items: Returns and exchanges are only applicable to 15ML, 30ML or 50ML perfume bottles & Body Mists 150ml.
  5. Non-Eligible Items: Returns and exchanges are not accepted for 5ML spray testers.
  6. Original Packaging: Products must be returned in their original packaging with all parts and accessories included. If the cellophane, testers, or the box are missing or damaged, a small fee may apply.

 

Return and Exchange Process

  1. Contact Us: To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our Customer Support Team at +92 336 1275253 with your order number and details of the product you wish to return or exchange.
  2. Processing Time: Return and exchange requests will be processed within 4-5 working days.
  3. Shipping Instructions: Once your request is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your package back to us.
  4. Delivery Charges: Delivery charges are not refundable. Customers are responsible for paying the delivery charges for exchange orders.

 

Inspection and Charges

  1. Product Inspection: Upon receiving your returned product, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return policy criteria.
  2. Damage and Issues: If the product is found to be defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, we will bear the delivery charges and ensure the issue is corrected promptly.

 

Refunds

  1. Approval and Processing: Once your return is inspected and approved, we will process your refund. The refund will be credited to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

  2. Order Value Limitation: Orders above Rs.10,000 are not refundable and can only be exchanged.

 

Exchanges

  1. Process for Exchanges: To ensure you receive the item you want, the fastest way is to return the original item and make a separate purchase for the new item once the return is accepted.
